'OH - NINE.
Hi. It's really really close to the end of '09.
and tho I'm in NewZealand, this year was a real special year.
Or should I say, different ?

This year, I had not many New Year resolutions, yet it turned out half right.
But there were lots of stuff I wished I could do back when I was in M'sia.
I'll try my best to make my first '10 post long .

FLASHBACK.
January.
As far as I could remember, this year started with a lot of shit.
Normally we would go to school , excited to see our friends and shit.
But for us, fresh in the Form4 world, we were more worried of what
class we would end up being in. I still remember when our parents went to
complain about our classes , me and Joel were hogging the class pass
to watch our parents argue with the teacher. AH, good times. I wished
I videotaped it. ):

and, we were starting to learn heaps of interesting new subjects.
I had the GREATEST teachers of all time. Madam Kuah, Cik Nik and
Encik Zarimi. Oh god were they 'awesome'.
(in case you took me seriously, i'm being sarcastic)

To add to the retardedness, everyone was disappearing from our school (will add to that later).
Tze Yi left for SMK Taman Sea during the first few days.
I still remembered hanging out at the back of our old class
together with YieChern, Tangboy and Thina.
Oh, and I called her booby. HAHA. Oh , and Christopher disappeared as well,
to SMKDU.

January ended with Chinese New Year (as usual) was pretty much the
last time I've visited my parent's hometown in Ipoh. I miss staring blurly at my
plump cousins , who can only speak Chinese . (sarcasm again)

February.
Okay February here. I remembered attending a surprise party for
Su Yuen on the first Sunday of february. I still remembered clearly that Natalyn
brought her addmath book along to do homework. Nat oh my god. hahaha.
and, I remembered SuYuen's messy room and stacked bras on her bed .
Sorry this supposed to be a detailed post. So, maaf SuYuen.

Adding to the "everyone was dissapearing" from above, Yie Chern and William Teo
left for Royal Military (gay) School . I miss them though.All my volleyball buds.

A few days later (forgot the date) , my dad and brother left for New Zealand.
All I know was that I had good KFC dinner in the airport.
Funfact ; i love airports.

At this time of the month, I was getting closer to Chong Ming. Of course,
he was new to me and he wasn't half as bad as I thought he was. (compliment).
We started to carpool (me, him and justin) to Terry's tuition.
It was pretty fun, tuition.

Talking about tuition, that reminds me. I had 3 tuitions on Tuesdays .
Addmath, Physics and Chemistry. With the usuals ; Joel, SuYuen,
KahMun and OJA. Trust me, Tuesday was the worst day of the week.

In the middle of the month, our Co-Curricular activities have started.
Feeling a little lazy, I finally decided to ditch Tae Kwon Do to join Cheer.
Plans didn't turn out well, I only attended the first Cheer meeting and
vanished ever since.
At least I supported the club by buying their T-Shirt. (:

I also joined volleyball, and auditioned as well. We had two new coaches,
much more proper compared to our old coach, Raymond.
Tho, credits to him for teaching me how to set the ball. After few sessions of
unnecessary tryout, I got myself into the team alongside OJA, Justin and the rest.
I was a little bummed at that time because my homey Thina didn't get in. :p

March.
Oh the pressure, we had our first term examinations. I still remembered
teaching Nat addmath . And the embarrassing thing was that she scored higher
than me for the addmath. Fail. :p
At least I managed to get 88, which wasn't bad at all.

Okay I don't quite remember what happened on March.
But I know that I had a good time,
Last day of tuition,
earth hour, I felt pretty special because I contributed to the environment.
har har. i'm awesome. (:

March was also when I started knowing JiaXin more.
She's short and innocent , but not so innocent. I don't know what I'm saying.
And, she's a nice person. Not to forget, her dimples are damn cool, i swear.

I also bought my very first laptop.
& I took off my braces.

April.
April was nothing much, really.
I went swimming with my buds for a couple of time, and I guess it was fun.
there you go. and,
We had MSSD for Volleyball. Didn't even got through the first round.
HA. HA. I didn't play, so I didn't feel one bit of guilt.
Too bad the coach was too stubborn. Oh well. Good experience.
P.S. I even got a certificate for sitting on the bench.
I'm so useless.:p

I think by the end of the month, I quit all my tuitions? Moving on.

May.
Okay this month was total boredom. It was exam month and I
didn't study one bit. I slept in most my exams and my last day as a student
in SMKBU(3) was on the 22nd.
That was when I started talking to Allysa when she was in Doha.
Everyone was so busy with their studies and only we both migrators were online.
Another person who vanished from our school ; Hanis Rahimah. She's
currently studying in Perak or something? forgive me if I'm wrong.

June.
I like this month a lot. I stayed over at Joel's house
for a couple of days. And, if you think I'm a hobo, I was.
My house was under vacant possession at that time. We had to clear
the entire house for the new owner . );
Tuesday, 2nd June 2009.
I miss my old house. Do you miss me, house?

First week of June.
Lihau's party.
I still remembered talking to Justin and ChongMing till 4am while in the pool.

With the DU's, and stayover at Chris'.
Met a number of good people too,
Nagen
Euodia, Nagen, Zai-Lii, Christina, Chris.

Oh, & my last day out in SunwayLagoon.
Ana, Kristal, Sumi, Cassie, Me, Justin, JianArn, William, YieChern.

One night before my flight, my grandma got admitted into the ER
because of seizure and stomach ulcer. Mum had to miss her flight .

14th June 2009,Zing arrives in NZ.
New school, new house, new everything.
It was really cold at that time, probably the coldest part of winter.
I survived :D
I got enrolled in Lynfield College, it's good.

June 26th, RIP Michael Jackson.

July
To be honest, July was not special at all.
I had my winter break . I was also stuck with my thick winter attire all day.
July 20th, my birthday, NOTSPECIAL . But I'm over it. I didn't even
celebrate this year.

OH, I had my first detention for arriving late to school.

August, September, October, November
(I had to merge em' all together because nothing interesting happened)

2nd month in the school. Doing pretty okay, in terms of grades.
The people were friendly. &, my mum arrived on the 31st of August.
Start of September, I had bad mood almost everyday. I had to catch up
with half-year worth of study load.
I was having my mock exams and I did pretty well.
Had a few other family and friends gathering throughout these few months.

My grandmother wasn't doing that well again. She was battling stomach cancer
and passed away on the 13th of October. RIP. I miss you .
Mum went back to Malaysia for the funeral and etc.

And, August was also when zingjoon met 5megapixel camera. :DOkay skip to December, shall we? (ignore November)

November.
very first iTouch.
I took my NCEA exams. HARHAR.
Nothing this month.

---

December.

exams officially ended .
And I did a mistake , because I should have searched for a job before December.
Sad to say, there were no vacancies EVERYWHERE .

and.... i began to draw, no joke.

Some of them not posted in the blog because they were failed drawings.
But I'm still sharing it anyway. Happy laughing at me. ):

25th December (few days back), had one of the suckiest Christmas ever.
If you actually read my previous posts, I mentioned that my family
really really needs more bonding time. It's like, we don't know each other sometimes.
That sucks. sucks sucks.

Mum arrived on boxing day.

&, I got my learners drivers license. (which doesnt mean i can drive, yet)

I guess that's about it. I can't say that I had a very bad time,
I had heaps of good memories from my friends. I just had a skype
session with Chong Ming, Meljyn and SuYuen last night.
Good to know that they're doing good.
I'm sorry if I had too many paragraphs above,
I didn't wanna cramp everything up.

So, I'm gonna have a few resolutions for next year.
I don't want to mess up '10.

- Get back good results for my O levels. (the one I just took)

- Make my parents look at me differently (
apparently I'm sometimes 'useless') *UNDERLINE.

-Learn proper photography.

-Have more bonding times with the old mates.

-Get a job.

-Join the volleyball team.

-Try my best to fly home. *slim chances.

-Try to UPDATE MY BLOG PROPERLY.

I'm definitely not gonna study my butts off (unless I have to).
I guess I'll take it slow next year. I'm gonna focus on more non-academic
stuff. I feel that I've been putting in too much effort (I THINK)
